Gionix AI is an automation consultancy based in Trivandrum, Kerala, working with SMEs and growing companies across India, the Gulf and internationally. We exist to take the repetitive work off your team’s plate so they can do the work that actually grows the business.
Why we started
Most businesses do not need more software. They need the software they have to talk to each other.
We kept meeting the same situation: capable teams spending hours a day copying information between a CRM, an inbox, a spreadsheet and WhatsApp, answering the same questions and chasing the same reminders. Not because they lacked tools, but because nothing connected them.
Gionix AI was set up to fix that with practical automation: workflows that read, decide, update and reply, built around each client’s real process, with a person always reachable when something needs judgment.
We are a small team on purpose. Every client works directly with the people who design, build and run their automation, from Trivandrum to clients across India, the Gulf and beyond. Our engagements are small and specific by design: one workflow that removes a real bottleneck, then the next.
